  12. A friend of mine who is currently without easy access to Internet is
  13. looking for a Web site where one can download a program written in C
  14. which corrects errors of grammar and spelling. The program must be 
  15. LATEC-compatible.

  17. He's looking for one in for the French language, but any information
  18. would be greatly appreciated.
